This project is well organized and follows a methodical process. The presentation is very clear and commendable. However, the proposed Agri-Cultures concept lacks analytical depth; while the spectral concept offers a good basis, but does not push it far enough. The jury found the main weakness of this project in the use of “Rain” as a basis for a sustainable environmental approach, which is incompatible with the dry arid setting of Egypt.
